ABOUT:

Stephen’s first encounter with yachts was 21 years ago. The opportunity to deliver a 100 foot yacht from Chicago to Antigua, with a family friend who is also a yacht Captain. This trip encompassed the Great Lakes, Welland and Erie Canals, Hudson River and Atlantic Ocean. The every changing scenery and diverse work load, was an immediate attraction. After a few years as Deckhand, Mate, it was clear this could become a career. Stephen has cruised extensively all along the East Coast of the United States, from Halifax Canada to the Florida Keys, including 3 visits to Bermuda. A good portion of Stephen’s experience is doing charter work in the Caribbean, BVI USVI, and the Bahamas. An opportunity to build a 142’ Christensen over 2 years, has afforded Stephen cruising experience from Washington State thru California and beyond into the Baja Peninsula of Mexico.

Nick left his North Carolina home in 2008 and followed his lifelong dream of a career at sea. His first position as deck hand was secured soon after, and he continued with that program for 4 years. Nick has cruised from Bar Harbor, ME to the Tobago Keys and all noteworthy spots in between. He is an expert mate with a pleasant way and loves the life of a waterman.

ABOUT:

Dan is a 2001 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. With experience in upscale catering while at culinary school in Westchester, New York and completing his externship at the pioneering farm to table restaurant “The Lark Creek Inn” in Larkspur, California under chef Bradley Ogden, he learned a solid foundation to build his repertoire. Upon graduation he became the executive chef at “Savannah’s Restaurant” in Huntington, West Virginia at the age of 22. Eventually getting the wanderlust bug in 2003, he then moved to Key West, Florida .

It was at the world renowned restaurant “Louie’s Backyard”, under executive chef Doug Shook , did he find a rewarding, learning and challenging position cooking South Floridian cuisine with ocean to table ingredients. This upscale restaurant exposed him to amazing seafood caught in a sustainable manner. In 2008 he set out to work in the yachting industry, and has numerous years experience as a private chef aboard motor yachts. Having cooked for so many clients in the luxury yachting & restaurant industry, he is well versed in vegetarian, dairy free, primal and paleo styles of cooking, that allows him to cater to any dietary requests

After spending 10 years in the Office of Professional Services at the Yale School of Medicine, Jennifer left the coast of CT for the coast of RI. It was Newport where she began working on the Schooner Adirondack doing day sails around Narragansett Bay and then started free lancing on mega yachts. After the summer season she drove to Florida got her first permanent job and never looked back. Jennifer has traveled and chartered extensively throughout New England, Bahamas, Caribbean, and Mexico. She looks forward to sharing her experience with charter clients aboard M/Y Temptation.

A New England native with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Special Education from Salve Regina University. Having always loved the water, Trish decided to reside in Newport, Rhode Island, where she enjoys running the Cliff Walk and practicing Yoga. Trish recently went back to school to receive her associate’s degree in nursing and is a registered nurse. She is enthusiastic, intuitive to everyone’s needs and has a sophisticated eye for style, perfection, and elegance. Guests gravitate toward her quick wit and genuine personality. When not traveling the seas, Trish enjoys spending time with her 3 nieces.
